Propositions - Getting
meetings with decision makers is the first step to securing an assignment.
Target marketing, service definition and the development of a compelling
proposition are critical components in getting meetings with decision
makers. Focusing on the potential clients 'world' and what you can
do for them will significantly impact on the effectiveness of all
your marketing strategies, getting you noticed in the crowd and
ultimately winning assignments. This is a half-day workshop specifically
designed specifically to help you market yourself effectively. It

Mastering
Meetings - Once you have
secured a meeting, the 'selling' really startsand yet many interim
managers do not relish the idea of selling themselves. Effectively
handling and controlling meetings will significantly increase your
chance of being offered the assignment. Get it right and you will
not be seen as trying to sell something but rather as a trusted
