Course Booking

For a booking to be confirmed it must be accompanied by payment.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.

Methods of Payment

Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking.

Payment can be made by cheque payable to Professional Performance Group or by credit/debit card or Paypal online or by phoning +44 (0) 1844 342239

If required, an invoice can be issued.

Cancellation

Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.

Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.

Transfer

A confirmed booking may be transferred to another workshop, availability permitting, providing that the course takes place within three months of the date originally booked. Interim Assignment is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.

Requests to transfer should be made in writing by post or email.

Transfers made within 10 working days of the training start date will incur a charge of 25% of the full course fee. Transfers made within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 10% of the course fee.

A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.

Course content and schedule

Interim Assignment reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include the cancellation of a course. Where Interim Assignment cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.

Interim Assignment reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Interim Assignment will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect are your contact details supplied at the time of ordering or requesting information. We collect the information and at no time are any of your details passed onto a third party. We may at times use this information to inform you of special offers and promotions.
