ONE TO ONE COACHING

Many prefer one to one coaching as a way of developing the skills, techniques, motivation and focus needed to win assignments and build their business.

What will I get?

You'll tap into the real and practical experience of successful experienced interim managers/consultants who have extensive coaching experience. They will help you develop and successfully implement your business development campaign to win assignments and build your business. 

How much do I need?

This is obviously going to depend on where you're starting from. A program will be built specifically for you to address your personal challenges and obviously the more challenges, the more time it will take. We expect however for you be seeing real results within three months, which equates to 4-6 sessions. Some of the areas the program could address are:

• Identifying lucrative target markets and routes to those markets

• Articulating the value you bring to your market

• Creating business opportunities (building a business pipeline)

• Networking  

• Staying motivated and focused (many find this difficult when working for themselves)

• Selling yourself confidently

• Negotiating great terms   

• Overcoming objections to your proposition

What does it look like?

Normally the first session is a three-hour face to face session with your coach. There are often brief telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges to support these. Subsequent sessions are one to two hours though the exact delivery method and times will be tailored to meet your needs  

Who are our coaches?

Our coaches are highly experienced business people and have established successful track records as interim managers/consultants. Your coach will be the person with the most relevant experience to the challenges you face.

How much does it cost?

Each three-hour coaching sesion will cost £250.00 + VAT. To put this into context the average interim manager earns £680.00 per day, therefore if INTERIM ASSIGNMENT one to one coaching helps you secure an assignment just one month earlier this is equivalent to approximately £15,000!!
